He’s regularly sought out to assist with organisational leadership, governance, relationship management, stakeholder engagement and communication, quality assurance, project/programme delivery and rescue. He provides mentoring and support to senior executives with sponsorship and management responsibilities. He’s also an independent member on a number of steering committees and governance boards with the specific aim to help increase organisational leadership and governance capability.
